Dale Carnegie training overview
Topics include leadership development, presentation effectiveness, sales effectiveness and personal effectiveness. Each topic will have its own core sessions which will cover a variety of topics, similar to a college course. Before signing up for a course, the official website will recommend who should attend and what each module will cover.
Classes can be broken down into four parts: as a webinar, workshop, seminar or as a blended setting. A webinar is often one hour long and will be a fast-paced course allowing you to interact with each other in real time. A workshop will be up to three hours long and will be designed to help develop your skills. These courses will be taught by an experienced coach and you will receive valuable feedback from your peers. Seminars can be up to six sessions long and will dive deeper into the skill being taught. Lastly, blended courses can involve both online and in-person experiences. These courses tend to be the most flexible.
They have more than 166 offices in 80 countries and each one is locally operated. According to CBS News, everyone speaks — sometimes at the same time — while taking a course.
Depending on the course, some can last as little as one hour while others can be as long as 12 weeks.
The full course will include the classes, the syllabus, and the guides to successfully complete. Once you complete the program, you will receive a certificate of completion.
Training materials throughout the course will also be covered.
