Qdoba catering overview

With the taco bar, it will include steak, which is lean, trimmed beef that is marinated and grilled to perfection, kept hot in the chafing stand.  The chicken is marinated in a flavorful adobo sauce, then grilled fresh, kept hot in the chafing stand.  Lastly, the flour tortillas for soft tacos and corn taco shells are included for hard taco bars.  All of the bar setups will come with the salsa, as we explain next, the cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and chips.

Qdoba offers three salsas:  Pico de Gallo, which is a mild salsa made fresh with tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño chiles, cilantro and lime juice.  The Salsa Verde is a medium, tangy green salsa with tomatillos, jalapeño chiles, garlic and cilantro.  The Tomato Jalapeño is a spicy red salsa with roasted tomatoes, cilantro and jalapeño chiles. All three are included with all bar orders

Qdoba will send at least one person to the site of the event.  This person will set up all the dishes, pull out all the food, and make sure that everything stays fresh and filled while people are eating.  This person will then put all the food away and clean up all the equipment.  However, you will simply pick up the food and equipment from the store and you will have to set it up and run it yourself.  This depends on the restaurant that you choose and the price you are willing to pay.

The food that is catered will be served in chafing dishes, a chafing stand, and warmers.  (You may keep the chafing stand to use with your next Hot Taco Bar or return it to the Qdoba Mexican Grill you received it from and get two complimentary Signature Burrito coupons.)

In order for your guests to know exactly what they are eating, table tents are included to clearly identify the meats and salsas.

All serving utensils, plates, napkins and matches will also be included.
