What is going to be included?
- The resort offers health programs for both men and women, adults and teenagers who are at least 14 years old. Similarly, the resort offers many amenities to encourage visitors to lose weight including diet plans, aerobic exercises, stretching exercises, kickboxing, circuit training, hiking, swimming, gym sessions, nutrition education, motivation and support with the aid of health professionals.
- Guests will need to bring workout clothes, adequate athletic shoes, as well as some personal things like a laptop and some books for leisure.
