Not sure. Cat had had seizures, tests did not help with that or detect any problems that would explain the seizures.

I recently took my cat in to be tested for hypothyroidism. I saw the doctor and he ran some blood work. The total bill was $280. The test did determine she did have a problem with the thyroid. I had to take her back in for follow up blood work to see if the medication was working. I did not see the doctor that day and was charged (for lab work only) $215. For the rest of my cats life I will have to give her transdermal medication which costs about $45.00 every 5 weeks. It has been expensive to get her diagnosed and treated, but my cat is back to being 100%. So it was expensive, but totally worth it.
