I actually had to rent a piano for my wedding and received numerous quotes. The lowest I could find was about $400 for the day. I think the biggest reason was because of the shipping fees to the location. Does this sound right?

The information should be updated to include regional differences as well as delivery fees associated with rentals, especially for single night rentals. The range of $50 to $200 won't even get a piano tuned and moved. A truer look at the DFW area, is that a good grand piano, rented for a single night is going to run closer to $775 at minimum. The delivery and pick up will run at least $350+ of the fee. The tuner will cost $100-$125, and the piano itself will rent for $300+. . To rent a $20,000 instrument or a $5,000 instrument costs the same to move, tune, and pick up.

The more valuable the piano is, the greater the rental fee will be. I hope this helps.
