How Much Does Brisket Cost?

Brisket is a cut of beef or veal taken from the breast and foreshank of the animal.  It is one of the nine prime cuts of meat and is usually sold boneless.  Brisket is separated in two distinct parts: the flat cut, which has less fat, and the fattier point cut.  The flat cut is more expensive than the fattier part.
