How Much Does Provolone Cheese Cost?

Provolone is an Italian, semi-hard cheese that is traditionally made out of full-fat cow’s milk or a combination of buffalo milk.  Provolone cheese has a thin soft skin that is usually yellow.  It is usually sold in stores by the slice, in a shredded version, or it can also be purchased out of the wheel by the pound from the grocery store’s deli.
