On average, the initiation fees are around $25,000 to $100,000+, and the monthly fees, depending on the membership, are around $750~ per month.   These costs, like any country club will depend on the applicant’s age, the type of membership you sign up and how many members you add to the plan.

GolfDigest noted the club recently added a six-month trial membership, which required a $6,000 upfront fee and monthly dues of $735, a bargain compared to the original $103,900 initiation fee or the cost of an associate membership that was $65,000 over five years.

According to this SFGate.com article, a six-month trial membership cost $6,000 in 2009 but claimed the full initiation fee was $103,900.

A member on this GolfWRX.com forum thread said the club was accepting members and a young executive membership had a $25,000 initiation fee.
