How much does a wedding at the Brooklyn Winery cost?

For the facility rental fee, there are no fees, per se; instead, the pricing will be based on the number of guests attending.  As with any venue, these fees will depend on the number of guests attending, the time of year, the day of the week and any inclusions you want to add to your wedding package.  Overall, to budget during the peak-time season, it’s best to budget at least $250 to $305 per person, plus the service and tax, but outside of this time, the fees can range from $75 to $300 per head, according to VenueReport.com.  This range should cover any event over the summer months on a weekend evening and will include the facility fee, food and beverages, as well as everything indicated in our “what’s included” section below.

What’s included in the fee?

The rental fee allows you to rent the entire facility for up to five hours, and prior to the event, couples will have access to the Parlor and Portrait room for two hours before your event starts.  If you would like to add the sixth hour, it can be done for an additional $25 per person.

The Winery is unable to accommodate wedding during their harvest season, which lasts from mid-September until October.  In November and December, they are able to accommodate smaller weddings for up to 90 guests.
