ChiroTouch Software Cost
ChiroTouch, a chiropractic practice management piece of software, was designed for the chiropractic industry. The software features claims management, billing, invoice, patient account management, future appointment management and so much more.
Whether it’s a new practice or an existing practice, ChiroTouch, the leading provider of chiropractic software for chiropractors, is said to help you spend less time managing your practice and more time focusing on what matters most — your patients.
How much does ChiroTouch cost?
The cost of ChiroTouch, at the time of this publishing, was $249 a month, but in order to receive this price, the fine print did note that a one-time setup fee and minimum 12-month agreement would be required in order to activate your subscription, meaning you should be prepared to budget at least $2,988 plus the setup fee to start using the software. Again, this is the price at the time of this publishing and is subject to change; for up-to-date information, do visit the official website for more information in regards to benefits and pricing.
Aside from the monthly fees and the one-time setup costs, we did read on multiple review websites that add-on fees, while optional, need to be factored in. For example, on these Capterra.com reviews, one reviewer noted they were quoted an additional $50 a month for additional statistics, while another stated he was quoted up to $1,000 for additional support fees. On this Chiromonkey.com review, one reviewer was quoted $795 a year for tech support, $62 a month for data backup, patient text reminders, and CT Intake forms.
These add-on fees can vary, but we do recommend you budget for them depending on your practice needs, but from some who do use the software, they state it’s best to add another $1,200 to $1,500 a year to use full availability of all the basic features.
For those who wanted to try out the software, the company did offer a free sales demo, where the company would connect you with a sales representative.
