The cost of a membership at Healthtrax depends on the type of membership plan you sign up for. From our research, the average monthly fees for a single member is $65 to $80 per month, while a couple pays an average of $98 per month. These costs will depend on your age as those under 25 years old can pay less than those who are older. A family membership, which includes all members of the family, will be close to $110 per month. As for the one-time enrollment fee, this can greatly vary depending on the current promotion. Members report paying anywhere from $0 to $50 when joining.
