How much does a Healthtrax membership cost?

The cost of a membership at Healthtrax depends on the type of membership plan you sign up for.  From our research, the average monthly fees for a single member is $65 to $80 per month, while a couple pays an average of $98 per month.  These costs will depend on your age as those under 25 years old can pay less than those who are older.  A family membership, which includes all members of the family, will be close to $110 per month.  As for the one-time enrollment fee, this can greatly vary depending on the current promotion.  Members report paying anywhere from $0 to $50 when joining.

On this Yelp.com review for the Garden City, New York, location, she said the fees were $65 a month if you were younger than 25 years old, but if you’re older than 25 years old, the fees were closer to $80 per month.  On another Yelp.com review, a member said she paid close to $60 a month.

Healthtrax membership rates, according to Duke Human Resources in Durham, North Carolina, can range from $55 per month for an individual to $88 per month for a couple.  A family membership would cost $98 per month.  All memberships include a one-time $30 enrollment fee per account.
