The extra costs to consider

Keep in mind that some videos will require additional equipment in order to complete the classes.  This may include kettlebells or yoga mats, for example.  From what we researched, you should be prepared to spend an additional $100~ on this equipment if you do not have it already.  Keep in mind that equipment is optional, however.

If following the website’s nutritional program, you will need to consider the additional supplements and food you may need to purchase outside of what you’re used to buying.

How does DailyBurn work?

In order to access the library of workouts, the website will first want you to answer a few basic questions, including your current weight, your goal weight, age, gender and email address.

Then, you will be asked to complete a two-minute assessment which will ask you about your age range, gender, current fitness activity and what kind of workouts you may enjoy.

Based on all of these answers, the website will display recommended workout videos and a fitness program, which you can watch a preview before committing to see if it’s a workout you enjoy.

Then, after the free trial, if you feel the website is for you, you will gain access to the entire library of more than 100 workout videos, sorted by goals, difficulty, the duration and the workout length.  In order to receive details on the workout in question, you can click the description.

All of the videos in the DailyBurn library can be streamed either on your laptop/computer, phone, tablet, Apple TV, Xbox, Chromecast, Roku and more.  To see a full list of supported devices, you can click here.  The company also offers an app, which is free to download, but in order to access the premium content, you must sign up for an account using your credit card.
