The cost of a wedding at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel ranges anywhere from $1,000 to $6,000 for the ceremony fee alone, and this will depend on the time of the day and the day of the week. As for the catering prices, these fees can range anywhere from as little as $60 to more than $100 per person, depending upon the menu choices and time of week/year. There will be a food and beverage minimum depending on your location, date and the details of your event.

Gaylord Opryland Hotel wedding overview
Ceremony locations include the Delta Fountain, Pavilion, Delta Pavilion, Crystal Gazebo, Lion’s Head Fountain, Delta Landing or the Small Gazebo, all with a capacity ranging from as little as two at the Gazebo to as many as 350 at the Delta Fountain. Ceremonies include white padded garden chairs, a guestbook table, sound system, microphone, wedding signage and the privilege to take pictures.
Inclusions for the reception include a wedding cake, complimentary cake cutting, banquet staff, guest tables and chairs, white linens, all flatware, three candles per table and a dance floor. Before the reception, a private menu tasting for up to four guests will be included as well. Daytime receptions include a display platter and a choice of plated menu or buffet, while an evening reception offers butler-passed hors-d’oeuvres and a choice of a plated menu, heavy hors-d’oeuvres buffet or a customary buffet. Tips to know
Remind your guests of the start and end time of your wedding in order to avoid delays of the event. If it is an afternoon reception, it should end by 4 p.m., and if it is an evening reception, it should start by 6 p.m.
