The costs of a Lovenox injection, in comparison to Enoxaparin, the generic equivalent, is about five times the amount, but this is often the case with almost all generics. As there are two options available, the costs, like any prescription, will depend on the health insurance policy, the dosage/quantity and pharmacy you choose. Does insurance cover Lovenox?
From our research, it appeared almost all health insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid, would cover the generic version but not the branded version, Lovenox. Since there are countless health insurance policies on the market, we do recommend you check with your health insurance company as well as your local pharmacy to see what you may be responsible for if you had a prescription. From the looks of it on this website, it appears most without health insurance and those with limited income will qualify.
Prescription Coupons
We were able to find multiple prescription coupons on third-party websites, such as Drugs.com and GoodRX.com. Here, you simply search for your prescription, select the dosage and then pick out the pharmacy you want to use. Next to the pharmacy name, you will print the coupon out and take it to the pharmacy of your choice, paying the price quoted on the website. Now, if you were to use these coupons, then you can only use the coupon or your health insurance card, not both combined. Even if you have insurance, check out the website to see if you can save as the prices, in some circumstances, can actually be less than what your health insurance plan will pay.
How does Lovenox work?

Livescan fingerprinting refers to the technology used by law enforcement and private entities to capture both fingerprints as well as palm prints electronically, all without the need of ink and/or paper.
Commonly used for background checks for licensure, certifications, volunteer opportunities and employment, results can be verified and returned in as little as 72 hours.
How much does Live Scan cost?
With a Live Scan, there are two types of fees to be aware of: the rolling fingerprint fee, which usually averages $20, and the background investigation fee, which will greatly depend on the type of application you have and the type of service required, usually referred to as the ORI number. In total, when combined with these fees, most pay anywhere from $53 to $105+ based on the companies that did provide their prices online.
This State of California Department of Justice PDF, for instance, displayed the prices for both State and Federal CORI fees, with prices ranging anywhere from $15 to 17 for Federal CORI fees and as high as $25 to $42 for the State of California CORI processing fees.
In Inglewood, California, a notary service we found had a $21 rolling fee, plus varying FBI and DOJ fees greatly dependent upon the reason for the visit. All in all, the total fee could range anywhere from as little as $31 to more than $108.
If you want to know the exact prices of your fingerprints, then it’s highly advisable that you contact the requesting agency or look on the “Request for Live Scan” form to see which levels of services are required and contact a local Live Scan location and/or visit their website for accurate information.

What is Live Scan fingerprinting?
Live Scan is a way to take your fingerprints virtually, rather than via the traditional ink and paper, and are then digitalized and transferred to the Department of Justice, where your fingerprints are checked against any known criminal record. From there, a response is then sent to the agency requesting your fingerprints. In most cases, if you do not have a criminal record, results should be returned in as little as three to seven days.
The Live Scan process
At an approved Live Scan fingerprinting location, the operator on site will enter the information from the Live Scan Request Form you were given by your employer or entity and input this information into the computer. This form must be filled out by the applicant and agency and Live Scan locations cannot help fill it out. You will also need to provide a picture identification, such as a driver’s license or passport.
After, they will then capture your fingerprints digitally, which will then be transmitted to the authority requesting the information via a secured data line. From there, the licensed operator will give you two copies of your request form, one of which will need to be returned to the authority requesting the fingerprints in the first place. Tips to know
If you have been fingerprinted in the past, you will need to be re-fingerprinted with each new application you receive from an authority — there are no exceptions to this rule.
At Live Scan locations, they will not provide you with a copy of your fingerprints as no hard copy can be supplied.
From the looks of it, if your fingerprints were rejected, you should be able to go back to the location you went to in the first place to have your fingerprints taken again at no charge. Live Scan fingerprints are often rejected for several reasons but often due to characteristics that are difficult to capture, such as a cut or scar.
The entire process can take up to 30 minutes and for this reason, some locations do recommend appointments but do keep in mind some locations only accept walk-ins.
Some locations will not take credit cards, so be sure to contact them ahead of time to know your payment options.
Live Scan results can take up to seven days, greatly dependent on your criminal background history.

Based out of Savannah, Georgia, ListenClear, a hearing aid company that sells its hearing aids directly to the consumer, allows them to cut out the middleman by using their online sales platform, helping drop the costs in comparison to other hearing aid companies.
Founded in 2011, ListenClear offers multiple benefits, such as a 45-day risk-free trial, patented high-definition technology hearing aids, telephone customer support, payment plans and warranties, to name a few.

How much do ListenClear hearing aids cost?
In order to see the costs of the ListenClear hearing aids, the company does display the prices on their official website, but in order to view them, you will have to first click on the hearing aid you want to purchase and add it to the cart to see the up-to-date prices. The costs, from what we researched, will depend on the type of hearing aid you want to buy and the number of hearing aids you need. The company also allows you to fill out a short form to see if you do qualify for the free 45-day hearing aid trial.

Does insurance cover it?
Most medical insurance companies, including Medicare and Medicaid, will not cover hearing aids, with the exception of some plans that only offer limited coverage. In some cases, some states do require insurance companies to reimburse you for children hearing aids, though. To be certain, check with your insurance company as some companies may offer a limited amount for approved purchases only, while other companies will flat out deny the claim. As there are hundreds of policies on the market, it’s hard to offer a definite answer.
Warranty options
Original warranty – All sound processors and the receiver units will come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, which will cover any defects in the materials and the workmanship; however, any physical and/or water damage will not be covered.
Universal warranty – For an additional $5 per month, per unit, the company will cover any damaged or lost sound processor as long as you pay the $75 deductible, which applies to each claim.
45-day trial offer
From what we could gather, the company does offer a 45-day trial on any new purchase, but you will have to still have to pay for your hearing aid upon ordering; however, you will not be billed until the 45 days expires, allowing you to try them out to see if they suit your lifestyle and/or you’re happy with the results. Experts recommend you always try hearing aids in multiple scenarios, ranging from loud areas to the quiet areas inside of your home to make sure they work as advertised.
If you do, by chance, feel the hearing aids are not living up to their promise, the company does recommend you try them for at least 21 days before considering a return to allow your ears to adjust, similar to that of a pair of glasses. To return your hearing aids without being charged and within the free trial offer, you will need to call customer service to request a refund in order for them to send you a return shipping label in order for you to return the hearing aids back for a full refund.

With this hearing aid, the company states you can go from a crowded area to a quiet place inside of your home, all without the need to adjust the hearing aid as this model will do it for you. Like the Elite model, it sits directly behind your ear and comes in a beige, brown and silver color option.
ListenClear Reviews
The company, at the time of this writing, has a D rating with the BBB and is not considered to be accredited. While we do not believe in BBB reviews as they can be flawed, we included it for the purposes of showing you what people complained about. For the most part, consumers seemed to complain about the issues with the hearing aid not working, the constant calling and the return policy, with some saying it was hard to get ahold of customer service in some circumstances.
Via PissedConsumer.com, more than 100 reviewers complained about the same thing, ranging from the device breaking down a year after purchase to the company’s billing practices.
Lipoma Removal Cost
Lipomas are said to be the most common lumps on the human body, and while they can occur just about anywhere on the body, they are commonly found on the armpits, neck and shoulders, rarely forming in the muscles or internal organs, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Described sort of like a rubbery-like bulge, lipomas will grow slowly, often over a period of years and are usually smaller than two inches, with the exception of larger lipomas that can grow as large as eight inches.
While they are commonly considered benign, meaning it isn’t cancerous and will not develop into any type of cancer in the future, there is a rare cancer, known as liposarcoma, which may occur within the fatty tissue, requiring a biopsy and even removal.
How much does lipoma removal cost?
The costs of a lipoma removal will depend on a variety of factors, including the type of facility (hospital vs. outpatient), the size of the lipoma, your geographical region, the type of anesthesia provider, the doctor you hire (credentials/experience level) and if you have insurance coverage.
Based on these factors, with the size often being the biggest, and from the research we found, the costs seemed to range anywhere from $500 to $1,650+ under a local anesthesia without any health insurance coverage, with the smallest lipomas, often less than two centimeters, being less than $600, whereas larger lipomas, often larger than five centimeters, could cost more than $700.
Multiple lipomas, if excised at the same time, can cost much more, but usually, a fraction of the cost of each subsequent lipoma removed.
The costs of lipoma removal, according to Steven H. Williams, MD via Realself.com, for example, noted that his practice in San Francisco would charge $1,500, but the costs would ultimately depend on the lipoma’s location, the depth and the size of the mass. He also noted that insurance, in most cases, should cover the procedure, especially if it’s deemed a single isolated lipoma, but the main concern is whether or not the unknown mass is truly a lipoma.
Another doctor on that same Realself thread, Timothy Mountcastle, MD, stated the costs of contracted rates through insurance companies are often $400 to $500 for a mass less than 5 centimeters to $750 to $1,000 for a mass larger than five centimeters if located on the body. However, in the case of multiple lipomas during one session, each subsequent lipoma will pay half of the original lipoma removal.
Does insurance cover it?
As for insurance coverage, most of the time, from the doctors who did share their thoughts, said the procedure should be covered as long as it’s medically necessary and is considered a lipoma since a lump inside of the skin doesn’t always mean it’s a lipoma. As there are so many health insurance policies out there with varying inclusions, be sure to talk with your health insurance company to know if your policy will cover it, and if so, what you will be responsible for if you choose an in network doctor.

How is a lipoma diagnosed?
According to the Cleveland Clinic, a doctor can often diagnose a lipoma with a routine physical examination; however, in the case of a larger-than-average lipoma, then your doctor will order a test, usually, a biopsy, MRI or CT scan, to make sure the lipoma isn’t cancerous. A biopsy will remove a small piece of fatty tissue from the lipoma and sent off to a lab to be examined under a microscope, while an MRI or CT scan will take detailed pictures from different angles to determine the best treatment option.
Treatment
In a lot of cases, your doctor will recommend leaving the lipoma alone, simply recommending that you watch its growth occasionally to see if anything changes. If the doctor is concerned about the location or in the case the patient doesn’t like the appearance, then a treatment plan will be created, often via a liposuction or simple incision-like procedure.
During the procedure, lipomas, being self-contained most of the time, are usually squeezed out via a small incision cut in the area of the lipoma since they do not invade the surrounding muscles most of the time. However, if liposuction is needed, then an incision is made in the lipoma, followed by the doctor inserting a thin, hollow tube to help loosen the fat and vacuum it via a tube. The liposuction procedure is usually recommended for larger-than-average lipomas since the rate of recurrence if the procedure is used, is much greater than if the doctor simply extracts it via an incision.

Recovery
Seeing it’s an outpatient procedure most of the time, the recovery period is relatively quick, often allowing a patient to return to work in less than 24 hours. This recovery period, however, depends on the size and location of the lipoma, as well as the surgical procedure and type of anesthesia used. Your surgeon, before the surgery begins, will have aftercare instructions and how long your recovery period should be.

Lionhead Rabbit Cost
The Lionhead rabbit, a relatively new breed, started to appear in the United States in the late 1990s, but it wasn’t until 2014 when the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) approved the rabbit as an officially recognized breed.
First appearing in Belgium by crossing two dwarf breeds, argued to be the Swiss Fox and Netherland Dwarf, a gene mutation, referred to as a mane gene, appeared at the time, causing the breed to produce a wool-like mane around its head, giving it the name it has today — the Lionhead.

The costs of a Lionhead rabbit, as with most rabbit adoptions, will depend on the age of the rabbit, the quality, colors and who you’re adopting from. With a few factors to keep in mind, we found the average costs from a private breeder from the classified websites we glanced at online seemed to cost anywhere from $15 to $105.
Lionheadrabbit.com, for example, noted the average price could be in the $20 to $125 range and would depend on the quality of the rabbit, where you buy it from and whether or not it was pedigreed.
On Hoobly, an online marketplace, they had six pages worth of classified ads at the time of this publishing, with prices ranging anywhere from as little as $10 to more than $70.
RunnyBunny.net states the average purchase price can be anywhere from $20 to $125.
Additional costs to think about
Food and treats
Experts recommend a half cup of high-quality pellets, plus as much fresh leafy greens as you can throughout the day. Some owners also offer their Lionhead a small portion of rabbit-safe vegetable and fruits throughout the week to mix up the rabbit’s diet. All in all, be prepared to spend about $20 to $30 per bag of pellets, depending on which brand you buy and a pinch more if you were to add vegetables and leafy greens.
Cage
As a one-time purchase, a rabbit cage, preferably as big as possible, can start at $55 and increase from there depending on the size, the materials the cage is made from and where it’s purchased. Inside this cage should include some straw or a soft blanket on the bottom as well as access to fresh water at all times. Do keep in mind, however, that they cannot be confined to their cage 24/7 as they will naturally need time to explore the outdoors or open areas.
Supplies (brush, etc)
Due to the rabbit’s woolly mane, it’s highly advisable that you brush them at least two to three times a week to prevent the fur from matting, which can lead to pain and even serious skin infections. While it’s only a one-time purchase for most, a good rabbit brush shouldn’t cost more than $15. Other accessories to consider include nail clippers, a mild antiseptic ear cleaning solution and litter box if you plan on potty training your rabbit. In total, the costs of all of these supplies shouldn’t be more than $50.
Healthcare and vaccinations
Rabbits, like any other household pets, will need vaccinations, particularly VHD and Myxomatosis, as well as the routine annual checkups and even dental care. A vet visit can start at $55 and increase from there depending on the reason for the visit, while vaccinations can cost about $20 to $40.
Spay/neuter
If you do not plan on breeding your rabbit, then you need to consider spaying or neutering your rabbit, a process which can cost anywhere from $50 to $150.
What’s included in the adoption fee?
From most of the classified ads we glanced at, breeders will trim the rabbit’s nails and include a small sample size of food to help you transition and pedigree paperwork, if necessary. In the case of having your rabbit shipped, a shipping crate may be included as well. All breeders do vary with their inclusions, so be sure to ask them exactly what you’re getting with the adoption fee before signing a contract.
Lionhead rabbit overview
The biggest difference between a Lionhead and other rabbit breeds relies on the mane, about two inches long, as seen in the picture above, similar to that of a lion, hence, the name. These rabbits are compact and round in size and are deemed a fancy breed, well known for their mellow temperament, making them a nice choice for those with young children.

However, those reviews we did read, the positive reviewers talked about the convenience and how fast the repair was completed, whereas a lot of the negative reviewers either complained about the low-quality parts used, the problems that arose in the future and/or the particular tech being late and/or not friendly. On the official website, Expresso.com, we were offered two options at the time of this publishing: either the Expresso GO Upright or Expresso GO Recumbent bike option. While you could buy the bike now, the company would first ask for contact information before they gave you the exact pricing of each bike, stating they need to confirm the availability of your shipping info to view the current pricing and payment options.
When we filled out the form for home use, however, we were presented with two options for both the Expresso GO and Recumbent: $7,699, excluding the tax or as a finance option — $183 a month for 30 years. This was the price for a brand new bike and would include three years of the eLive Plus service, which allowed you to access the interactive workouts on the bike. As for those who did want to purchase new and/or subscribe to the eLive Plus service, we were able to find multiple listing for refurbished bikes in the $2,000~ range, but for this price, you would not receive the eLive Plus service, meaning it would simply act like a typical exercise bike, not allowing you to partake in the interactive games and classes; however, you could pay the monthly fees mentioned prior to active your bike, potentially saving you thousands of dollars if you find a bike in good working condition.
On eBay, for instance, at the time of this publishing, we saw multiple listings for refurbished used bikes in the $2,400 to $2,900 buy it now range, while Amazon.com had bikes in the same price range as well.
eLive subscription renewal
Once your eLive subscription ends, which if you purchased a new bike, after three years, or in the case of buying a used bike, then you will need to resubscribe in order to continue to enjoy the interactive options. Depending on the bike you have, the subscription packages, from the data we gathered on the official website could range from as little as $25 a month to $775 for a 3-year upfront payment.
