How much does iMemories cost?

The official website does note the prices are greatly dependent upon which services you’re looking to sign up for.  The iMemories Cloud, for instance, which includes unlimited storage and all features included would cost $5.99 a month, whereas an annual subscription would cost $49.99.  The fine print does note, however, that a Cloud subscription will not required for the analog-to-digital conversion service.

The FAQ does note that you can take advantage of a 30-day free trial to test out the service.

As for the analog-to-digital service, as a separate and optional one-time service, the costs, again, will depend on which service you need.  Converting a videotape to digital would cost $12.99 per tape, whereas a movie film would cost $12.99 per 50 feet of film.  Photos to digital, on the other hand, will cost $0.490 per photo, image or slide and is available for analog-to-digital only.

Aside from these pricing options, the company also offers additional options such as $9.99 DVDs, $14.99 Blu-ray options and add-ons such as a SafeShip kit ($14.99 or $39.99), portable hard drive transport ($99.99 or $149.99 depending on size), flash drive transport ($19.99, $29.99 or $39.99 depending on flash drive size), and videotape repair options ($24.99 per tape).

Media viewing: Regardless of what type of media is being digitized, the company will add all of your videos and photos inside of your iMemories account, where you view everything in one place.  The company notes that the app, if viewing from your smartphone, was designed specifically to view both videos and photos in a thumbnail-like format to make it easier to find.  Regardless of how your media was converted, videos will look sharp, colorful and full of detail.  Media can be viewed on any screen.

Organization: Inside of your account, you will also be able to label and organize any media present, allowing you to create albums and sort by either date, event, by a person/s or a combination of the three.

Sharing privileges:  Sharing abilities are also available, allowing you to share any media privately, either view email, text, Facebook or Twitter.  Members are also able to password protect these files and revoke privileges from those in the past if need be.

Download any media: All files are downloadable, either via an individual file or as an album.

Editing privileges:  Editing software, built into your account, allows you to trim your video or even split the longer videos into two new clips, for example.

Convert to DVD or Blu-ray:  With a few clicks, the company also notes you can convert your media onto either a DVD or Blu-ray disc for an additional fee, as mentioned above.

Unlimited cloud storage:  Members receive unlimited cloud storage with no limits as to how much you upload.

iMemories reviews – what are people saying?

The company’s BBB page had a D- rating, with 13 positive and nine negative reviews at the time of this publishing.  From what we could gather, the positive reviewers talked highly about the process, the low prices and the unlimited storage access with a paid account; however, the negative reviewers hated the amount of emails the company sent and the deceptive pricing practices as some noted you had to pay an additional fee for shipping.

The app on the Google Play store had a four out of five star rating with 82 reviews, while the had a 3.0 out of 5.0 rating, with 13 ratings.

They also had a Yelp page, but with only three reviews, it had a four out of five rating, with all of the reviewers quite pleased with the process and happy with the customer service.

sitejabber.com gave the company a two out of five-star rating based on 11 reviews.  While mostly negative here, some complained the company would not work with their media due to copyright purposes, while others felt the prices were not fair for what they received in return.

The costs of Foot Levelers greatly depends on the type of product you want to purchase as the company offers a variety of options, such as custom orthotics, orthotic shoes and custom flip flops; plus,  aside from the footwear option, the company also offers rehab equipment and pillows.  As there are so many options, the website doesn’t specify the exact pricing; rather, the official website goes into detail about each product and how you can request more information on ordering, but via the FAQ page, they did mention the costs will be dependent upon the qualified health professional you choose as they set the price.  From what we researched, however, the prices seemed to be in the $200 to $400 range without any insurance coverage.

According to most of the descriptions we looked at, the company asks to refer you to a “great local doctor,” who will then help you treat the source of your problem and then request the product best suited for your situation.  If you’re able to find a doctor in your local area, then he or she will take a 3D digital foot scan, a diagnostic tool that’s able to take precise measurements of your feet to help create a customized pair of orthotics designed just for your feet.  Most doctors, from what we noticed, offer a free 3D digital foot scan inside the office.

While the official website didn’t list the pricing, we did find some third-party resources that went into detail as to how much you should be prepared to spend.  For example, this PerfectPatients.com brochure noted the retail price for marathon runners could range anywhere from $202 to as much as $379 retail, but with the 20% discount applied, the costs could drop to as little as $150 to $280 each, with payment plans available for those who couldn’t pay in full.

On this Crossfit.com forum thread, a member who started the thread stated he was quoted $250 for his.  Another forum thread on Bowsite.com noted a $150 to $300 range.

As for insurance coverage, your insurance company may cover a portion of your orthotics, but this will greatly depend on your policy and is not guaranteed — even the company notes this.  In most cases, if you’re able to provide a certificate of medical necessity and your insurance offers this type of coverage on your policy, then they may reimburse you for a portion of your payment.  To be certain, check with your insurance company and/or doctor for more information as to what you will be responsible for.  You can also refer to this insurance billing guide to learn more about how the verification process works.

According to this page on the official website, each orthotic is designed just for you by using the 3D scans or casts during your exam, and specific corrections, created by hand via one of the company’s highly trained technicians, help you achieve a balanced foundation and stabilized pelvis, helping adjustments “hold” better in general.  With this information and based on your activity levels, your doctor will then be able to determine which model is best for you

All orthotics are created from a premium material — guaranteed or your money back.  Depending on the product you choose, the FAQ states it could include Lambson® leather, the luxury line, or Celliant® for more energy, designed for the InMotion®, the #1 selling orthotic.

Tips to know

Depending on the activity level, these orthotics usually last up to two years, but as mentioned, the company guarantees them for a year.  The company recommends you plan on replacing them every two years.

The company offers a one-year, 100% money back guarantee as well as a limited warranty. The PDF sourced earlier did not that the company asks you to wear your orthotics for at least 60 days to break them in before filing for a full refund.

Since you cannot find the orthotics online and each pair is individually crafted, you will want to use the “find a local doctor tool” on the official website to get started.

If your orthotics are too long for your shoes, then the company recommends trimming them by using the original shoe liner as a stencil and cutting around it.

If you’re looking for a job with some flexibility, such as a flextime, part-time or even a telecommuting-like job, then FlexJobs could be the answer, according to the company’s official website.

Allowing you access to what’s said to be the biggest database of hand-screened flexible jobs, the company not only offers job postings in over 50 career categories, they also offer award-winning content, job search checklists, skills tests and resources to help you find your dream job.

How much does FlexJobs cost?

According to the official website, at the time of this publishing, the company offered three options:  a $14.95 a month option, a $29.95 a quarter option or a $49.95 a year option.  The company notes that they offer a satisfaction guarantee and are will to do whatever it takes to make you happy with the service, even if it means you receive a refund on your subscription, kind of meaning it could be a free trial if you viewed it as such.

If you look hard enough online, however, you may be able to decrease these prices by as much as 30% with a coupon code.  For instance, a few bloggers we found via a Google search offered 30% off a monthly promotion code, allowing you to try the service for the first time.

In order to even search FlexJobs, you will need to create an account, even if you want to view as a free member.  To see everything, you will have to input your credit card number after creating your free account.

If you do sign up, you will then be asked to fill out a detailed profile, upload your resume and then add work samples to your work portfolio if need be.   If you wish, you can also attach social media accounts, link to your LinkedIn profile and even change your privacy settings to allow certain people to view your profile.  Also, at this time, if you do decide to take part in any of the skills tests offered by the company, they will only post the results of any test in which you score a 70% or better.

After you finish, you are then able to view the job postings all as one or you can use the advanced search bar to find a particular job based on your skills and/or needs.  For example, if you just wanted work at home jobs only, then you would want to make sure you filter your results and select the 100% telecommuting option.  You can also filter by keywords, U.S. location, job types, categories, career level and the work schedule, for example.

Someone asked if the service was worth it on this Reddit.com thread, and while the top answer recommended SkipTheDrive.com because it was free, another commenter noted they tried it in the past said it may be worth trying out for the month, but for them, it didn’t work for them due to their odd work history that required specific requirements.

The company does have a perfect A+, 4.97 out of 5-star rating, but while we do not endorse the BBB because of unethical business practices, we will keep this here because you read the reviews about what people liked about the service, such as the ease of finding a job and the number of job postings in comparison to other job-based websites.

As for health insurance, the company notes that they are not in network with any private insurance companies, however, they do note that some popular insurance companies, such as Blue Cross or Aetna, for example, may reimburse the purchase of the device if your doctor is able to provide a letter of medical necessity.  In most cases, they do note that you should be prepared to have your insurance company deny your claim at first; however, the company may oblige after contesting the charge.  You can download a template via the official website to increase your chances of having your health insurance cover or at least pay a portion of the device.  Talk with your health insurance company for any questions you may in regards to the device and the costs you’re responsible for.

For Medicaid, the only state to cover the device, at the time of this writing, was Maine, but this could change over time.  Tricare for Life, on the hand, is said to cover the device in full as long as it’s rejected by Medicare, but it’s only covered for any veteran or immediate family member of a member who has either been retired and over the age of 65 or on permanent disability and younger than 65.

Regardless of how you plan on purchasing the device, you will need prior authorization if you live in the United States and it can be done in two ways:  either via an online form, which will cost $18 or you can ask your doctor to fax or email a prescription or completed authorization form to the company.

Via the official website, the costs of the ventilation system is not listed on the website; instead, it asks for you to contact the company via the “buy now” button as you will need a customized quote for your current setup.  The only thing mentioned in terms of costs was the energy costs, which, according to the website, could cost an additional $2 to $4 per month to operate. While we were not able to find definite prices on the official website, we did find some quotes via third-party resources online, which we will share below.

The costs, from what we did see, would depend on the product purchased as each system can have its own price point.  For example, on this Hearth.com forum thread, one member said her friend was quoted $1,500 for a system, while another member on this Houzz thread confirmed the same price.

How the E-Z Breathe system works

Reviews – what are people saying?

With the exception of the official company’s website, it was hard to find reviews, with the exception of the Hearth.com thread mentioned prior.  The only thing noted here was that members recommended you compare the price of a dehumidifier, especially if you needed to dehumidify your basement.

A home contractor said the system could be okay, but he could not find much information on the product, but in the end, he stated homeowners, as another option, should consider exhaust fans, waterproofing sealers and/or cleaners if mold is present.

How much does ExecRank Cost?

From glancing at the company’s official website, we could not find any definite membership pricing information; however, for more information, the company asked that you either spoke with their team directly or scheduled a demo by clicking the button in the upper right-hand corner of the website.

However, based on some third-party sources, we did find that the monthly fees for advisors looking for open board seats would cost about $200 a month.

For example, on this cofounderslab.com thread, a few members talked about how they were approached by an ExecRank representative, asking if they wanted to sign up for a $200 a month membership and were mostly curious if the service was worth it.  Someone also noted you would have to pay a $200 application fee in the beginning.  From what we gathered, most noted the experience was not worth it as they felt their application was thrown in with a pool of hundreds of other applicants, making it extremely hard to even get an email or call back.  One member, in particular on this thread, noted he had 34 applications pending and did not receive one interview through the process, with the high majority quitting after a few months.  These were the opinions of the members on this website and your results could vary.

A few members on this TrustPilot.com review page also confirmed the $200 a month fee, but some said the upfront fees, when combined with the first month, could reach $500 in the first month.

According to the company’s statistics, more than 10,000+ of the world’s top executives use the platform to connect with a board and advisory role, with more than 124+ industries representative throughout the world.  As of this publishing, 5,000+ companies used the platforms as their preferred platform, with companies connecting every 15 minutes with a new executive.

For company profiles, companies can create an account to help list their company, explain the opportunity and the ability to review candidates inside the database to connect with a professional who shares the same vision.

ExecRank reviews

A pinch more than 70 reviewers on TrustPilot.com gave the service a three out of five-star rating, with most of the positive reviewers noting the company did what they promised by connecting them with reputable companies who were looking for an advisor.  The negative reviewers, however, focused more on the lack of relevant positions, no answered from companies, even after submitting hundreds of applications, and the feeling the investment wasn’t worth it.  From what we could gather, it appears your results will highly vary as it will really come down to your professional background and what the other companies are looking for.

The Better Business Bureau gave the company a B- rating at the time of this publishing, with a total of 12 complaints.  Most of the complaints related to the sales pitch, non-refundable fees and poor job postings.

The costs of a daith piercing, like most piercings, will depend on the professional you hire, where you live and the jewelry you purchase after the piercing completes.  Generally, a piercing artist who has a lot of experience, who also lives in a higher cost of living area, will almost always charge more than a rookie piercer who just started out.  With all of this being said, the costs can range anywhere from $45 to $95 for the piercing and could be much more than this if you were to upgrade the jewelry.

theStyleUP.com, via its daith piercing guide, noted the costs of this piercing can range anywhere from $40 to $100, but as we said, this is so dependent upon many factors.

Daith piercing procedure

As with any piercing, the first step always involves sterilizing your ears with an antibacterial solution as doing this will help prevent any infections in the future.

Next, after the sterilization completes, the piercer will create the piercing marks with a marker to confirm the location with you.

Once confirmed, the piercer will then create a hole with the aid of a curved needle as this piercing, in comparison to others, can be trickier due to the location, the thicker cartilage, and its accessibility.

On one review via Yelp, a reviewer noted the program would cost $800 in total, whereas another reviewer on that same thread claimed she had to pay $300 to join and $149 a month thereafter until the program ended.  However, since she took advantage of two programs, her total was closer to $1,300 or about $650 per program.

The entire program, according to the official website, will last 12 weeks, with the average person reporting an average of 30 pounds loss.  During the first six weeks, patients will focus on losing the weight, followed by the last six weeks of the program, which allows you to return to your normal eating habits.  Throughout this entire process, a health coach, who is available ot you daily, will help guide you along the way.

What is dermaplaning?

To put it simply, dermaplaning is another form of exfoliation that uses a sharp tool that is designed to shave off the top layer of the skin, removing the dead skin cells along with the fine vellus hairs, also known as peach fuzz.  Even though the blade may look sharp from afar, an aesthetician, via this Allure interview, noted the entire procedure is pain-free and there’s virtually no downtime.  Aside from this, no skin lacerations, anesthesia, or the like, not even a cut, are required during the process.

According to the official website, the company offers two options:  a 30-day risk-free trial, an option where you only pay $14.95 in shipping, or the “pay in full and save” package, which will cost $119.95 plus a shipping and handling fee.

As for the 30-day risk-free trial option, the company allows you to try DermaWand for 30 days for just $14.95 in shipping fees, and after the 30 days expires, the company will charge you $39.95 for three months, plus another $19.95 shipping and handling fee as long as you keep your credit card and account active on file.  However, if you are unhappy with the product for any reasons before the 30 days expire, then you can send the product back to the company to avoid being charged for future billing.

If you wanted to avoid any future billing, then you may want to consider the Amazon option, which was offered via the official company, DermaWand.  At the time of the publishing, for example, it was retailing for $89.99, a $30 savings in comparison to the official website.  The same price range as well.
